1. Scope of This Agreement
This Slip VIP Agreement applies when you purchase or use a paid VIP subscription in Slip. It supplements the Slip Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about VIP billing or subscription access, this VIP Agreement controls for that issue.
VIP subscriptions are available only to users who are eligible to use Slip. Slip is an adult-only dating app, and users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. VIP Benefits
Slip VIP provides additional value-added benefits designed to support a better dating experience. Specific VIP features may vary by market, app version, user eligibility, safety status, subscription plan, and product changes.
VIP benefits do not guarantee matches, messages, dates, relationships, user availability, user identity, compatibility, or any particular dating outcome.

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, exchange rates, Google Play settings, promotions, and local legal requirements. The final price shown by Google Play at checkout controls your purchase.
4. Automatic Renewal
VIP subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through Google Play before the end of the current billing period.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal according to Google Play's subscription rules and the plan you selected. Renewal timing, reminders, payment authorization, grace periods, account holds, and billing retries may be handled by Google Play.
5. Google Play Billing
VIP purchases are processed through Google Play. Google Play may collect payment information, process charges, apply taxes, manage renewal, issue receipts, and handle subscription status. Zyphorora Ltd does not receive your full payment card details.
You are responsible for keeping your Google Play payment method accurate and available. If payment fails, your VIP benefits may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated according to Google Play rules and our service settings.
6. Cancellation
You must cancel your VIP subscription through Google Play. Deleting the Slip app or deleting your Slip account may not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You should confirm cancellation in your Google Play account.
After cancellation, you may continue to access VIP benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for safety, legal, fraud, payment, or Terms violations.
7. Refunds
Refunds for VIP subscriptions purchased through Google Play are handled by Google Play, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To request a refund, use the refund process provided by Google Play.
We may not be able to issue refunds directly for Google Play purchases. Mandatory consumer rights, chargeback rights, and local legal remedies remain available where they cannot be waived.
8. Restrictions and Enforcement
VIP status does not exempt you from the Slip Terms of Service, Child Safety Standards, moderation, age verification, account restrictions, or safety enforcement. We may suspend or terminate VIP access if your account violates our rules, creates safety risks, fails age verification, or is involved in fraud or unlawful conduct.
Unless required by law, you are not entitled to compensation for loss of VIP access caused by enforcement action related to your violation of our policies.
9. Changes to VIP Plans
We may change VIP benefits, prices, plans, availability, or subscription features from time to time. Material price changes or renewal changes will be handled through Google Play notices or other legally required notice methods. If you do not agree to a change, you should cancel before the change applies to your next billing period.
10. Taxes
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and Google Play checkout rules. Google Play may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required.
